Capital Where Merchants Already Work: LendingFront and Priority Commerce

Small business owners don't want another portal to log into. They want capital when they need it, in the tools they're already using. That's the idea behind LendingFront's new partnership with Priority Commerce — and it's live.

What We Built

LendingFront's lending infrastructure is now embedded directly inside Priority Commerce's MX Merchant platform. Qualified merchants can access term loans, cash advances, and sales-based financing without leaving the environment where they already manage payments and operations. Offers surface based on business performance data that already exists inside the platform, so there's no separate application, no information gap to bridge, and no waiting.

Repayment moves with sales activity rather than on a fixed monthly schedule, a structure built for how small businesses actually manage cash flow. "By bringing payments, business insights, and financing together in a single platform, we're helping merchants improve cash flow, invest in growth, and operate more efficiently," said Jaredd Galloway, VP of Acquiring Optimization at Priority Commerce.

Why Placement Is Everything

The best embedded lending experiences share one thing: the offer lives inside the merchant's existing workflow. An offer that requires a merchant to leave their dashboard, re-enter information the platform already has, or engage with a separate lending brand is an offer most merchants won't take. An offer that appears where a merchant already works is a different story entirely.

"Our platform is built to meet small businesses where they already operate," said LendingFront CEO Jorge Sun. "Speed and convenience are what small business owners care about above all else."

The numbers support the urgency. PYMNTS Intelligence found that 58% of small businesses named inflation a top financial challenge in 2025, and half of SMBs rely on day-to-day sales or existing bank balances just to stay afloat. The embedded B2B finance market is projected to reach $15.6 trillion by 2030. Platforms that embed capital now are deepening merchant relationships in ways that are hard to unwind.

If You Run a Payments Platform

The Priority Commerce integration is what LendingFront is built to do: power the full loan lifecycle, from application and underwriting to funding, servicing, and collections, through API-driven infrastructure that sits inside a partner's existing ecosystem. No new interface for merchants to learn. No friction between need and action.

If you're a merchant services provider, acquirer, ISO, or payments platform thinking about how capital fits into your merchant offering, this is what it looks like in practice. Let's talk.
